This has been an amazing week! Arthur and Gawain both received the sacrament of Confirmation in the Gregorian Rite, Granddad celebrated a birthday, and Charlotte made her first Confession!
There’s still so much to savor, I’ll spare the words for now and leave you with a few pictures…more on the Confirmation, to follow…
Thank you, dear friends, for your heartfelt prayers and good wishes. The ceremony couldn’t have been lovelier, nor our week more blessed!
Here’s a brief recap, minus Confirmation pictures:
Sr. Martha, aka Grandma Marty, shares a bit of outdoor fun with the children:
The Grands are here! The Grands are here!
Grandma Beckie came, too!!
Hello, Clementine…a sweet smile, just for Granddaddy!
A special birthday portrait for Granddad…so suave, so debonair…so silly!!
Now that’s more like it…aren’t they a handsome bunch?
And this little guy is just too cute…my grandson, Benjamin!
These lilies were a gift from Daddy to Charlotte in remembrance of her First Confession. They planted them in the Mary garden today:
Arthur is the best big brother, ever…in between planting flowers, he spent the afternoon giving wheelbarrow rides…too much fun!
Just a brief glimpse…it’s been a full week…I’ll tell you all about it on Monday!
